TOKYO GREEN TEA / TOKYO BLACK TEA

Since the Edo period, Tokyo has nurtured a tradition of tea cultivation, most notably in the Musashi Province’s Iruma area—now known as the Sayama tea region. In the northern Tama area, tea production continues to this day. At our Tea garden in Higashiyamato City, we grow and process our own tea, offering both “Tokyo Black Tea” and “Tokyo Green Tea”—a revival of the Japanese black tea once produced from the Meiji era to the 1960s, now carefully packaged in tea bags. Savor the taste of “Old meets New.”
